        Your thoughts determine your actions. Negative thoughts reduce motivation; positive thoughts increase motivation.

        positive affirmations Be confident in your accomplishments and continue to move forward.

        Surround yourself with positive and inspiring individuals. When you do, their impact on you will be significant.

        Read books about people who have achieved success, listen to motivational audio material, and spend time with people who inspire you to chase your goals.

        Being passionate is sometimes the product of others, especially when they provide you with positive experiences.
